Baseball Update plus Raider talk

Baseball season is now only down to 2 months and heres an update.

The A's suprisingly are in First place with the Angels 1 and a half games out. Both teams dont look that good and mite regret not making a move at the trading deadline.

You might recall I predicted the Tigers to Finish 2nd in the Al central which still at the time was considered a stretch, As of now they have gone past that and are cruising along in first in the Central.

In the Al east The red Sox and Yankees are very close together with the yankees up by 1 half game. The tigers look like the best Team by far in the Majors. There record doesnt lie as they hit, pitch and Field extremly well. Mad props to Dave Dombrowski who has done an incredible. Also My opinion is managers are overated to team sucess but I must admit I think Jim Leyland has done a terrific job. Is it a coincidence the whole team is playing well.

In the Nl, the west is looking like a terrible division again. The padres are winning the division with the D'backs right behind them.

In the NL central the reds have faded a bit and the cards like usual are in First place.

In the NL east The mets Look like the best Team in the NL , Carlos Beltran has picked it up and might be a canidate for NL MVP atleast at this point in the season. Last year everyone thought Beltran was underachieving but this year he has stepped it up.

To the NFL we go as training camp has opened for everyteam. Sportscenter and ESPN are so biased for NBA and the NFL. Dont get me wrong they show MLB highlights and they have baseball tonight but clearly ESPN favors The NBA and the NFL. I mean they dont talk about baseball during its offseason and they do that for the NBA And the NFL. I understand talking about it during training camp but they have been talking about The NFL For a few months now.

Speaking of the NFL , my favorite team is the Raiders. I love the way Art Shell is going about things in Napa, and o by the way Jerry Porter please put up or shut up.

I think the Raiders Will Win 7 Games this year which is an improvement but still not good enough for the playoffs. We shall see , im sure all see a prediction on ESPN about that.
