Baseball baby! ( american league Preview)

Baseball season is right around the corner. Last year I predictied the tigers would shock people and win the wild card and that happened. here are my predictions for this year in the AL .

AL WEST: Looks to be a very tough division, maybe the best the west has been in a very long time. I think that every team could compete for the titline and UNLIKE the NL west in years past , it would be because every team is good. i think the Rangers are really going to benefit playing for Ron washington. Can Jeff Weaver be the pitcher he was in the world series? Can The Angels find some hitting this year?

1. Oakland - 92 wins
2. Texas- 88 wins
3. Los Angeles- 82 wins
4. Seattle - 81 wins

AL CENTRAL: This division is always very hard to predict. Teams like the white sox and twins are usually inconsistent. As of right now it has potential to be the best division in baseball. Minnesota, Detroit, and Chicago all are very good clubs. a lot of people are thinking the Indians are going to be good this year too. I think that the Royals will shok people and finish ahead of the Indians.

1. Chicago- 89 wins
2. Detroit- 85 wins
3. Minnesota.- 75 wins
4. Kansas City. 74 wins
5. Cleveland 73 wins

AL EAST- Two new pitchers will play a key role for there teams this year. They are Japaneese pitchers Dice K Matsuzaka( Red Sox) and the one that not as many people are talking about who i think is extremely underated. Kei Igawa ( Yankees) The Blue jays have a ton of talent but dont seem to have the right winning attitude. The orioles are always a threat with guys like Miguel Tejada and that solid bullpen.

1. Red Sox- 95 wins
2. Yankeees- 90 Wins
3. Orioles- 81 wins
4. Blue Jays - 77 wins
5. tampa Bay-65 wins
